Why Korotchaim

Korotchaim started in 2025, in Israel, between two people who had spent years on opposite sides of the same hiring problem. Pavel was on the candidate side: applying to Israeli tech roles, watching qualified CVs get filtered out before any human read them, learning the hard way that Comeet, Greenhouse and Workable don’t read CVs the way the US market does, and that recruiters at Wix, Monday and Riskified scan bilingual resumes in eight seconds with rules that are invisible from the outside. Benny had spent twenty-five years on the commercial side of Israeli tech — sales engineering, director-level deals, the customer end of how this market actually buys and hires. Generic resume tools written for Greenhouse + Workday don’t know any of this. We built Korotchaim to score your CV against the actual job, in the actual language, with the actual filters Israeli recruiters use, and to tell you specifically what to fix before you hit send. No magic, no shortcuts. The information you needed to have before you applied.
